As you may know, it is very difficult to find an apartment that has such windows at a reasonable price and in a good location under $1800. She did not just find an apartment with floor-to-ceiling windows and a good downtown location, she went above and beyond to find my dream apartment with all the amenities you can possibly want in your apartment and building. It was my first time looking for my own apartment, and I am grateful that Julia made the process as smooth as possible. I am a full-time worker and a full-time student, so it was very difficult for me to find the time to tour apartments. This is especially true when you are searching on your own. As we both knew this was the only option for us, Julia offered me a virtual tour and she personally visited the apartment and walked me through every angle and corner of the building and the apartment itself. It was love at first sight. This was the first and last apartment we looked at. I instantly fell in love with this apartment and applied right away. In the course of the application process, she was always by my side, making sure I was following the right steps as well as contacting the building to expedite the process.
