As the President and Founder of The Michael Scavo Group, Michael's mission is to connect clients to their dream apartments while helping them navigate through all of Chicago’s beautiful downtown neighborhoods.

While he grew up in the northwestern suburbs of Chicago, Michael has called downtown Chicago home for the past several years. He currently lives in the West Loop and loves everything about his neighborhood including the walkability, the world-class restaurants, and having easy access to the rest of the city.

As a luxury agent, Michael is energized by working with clients who are just as captivated by Chicago as he is. He's been actively involved in real estate since he was eighteen years old, joining the industry during his freshman year at DePaul University. Being a Realtor was Michael's first job, and it remains his greatest passion. Because of his age and his knowledge of the market, clients feel at ease working with him.

Along with running a luxury real estate group and matching clients with their dream rentals, Michael connects with prospective clients through social media and marketing, particularly TikTok and Instagram, one of the most effective marketing tools in Michael's arsenal. He's proud to be the most followed real estate TikToker in Chicago where he can educate his clients on the market in an approachable, lighthearted way. 

One of the most rewarding aspects of what Michael does is helping clients find their dream apartments. According to Michael, "nothing beats seeing the excitement on their faces when they’ve found their new home after a long day of apartment hunting. Sometimes, it’s as simple as seeing them walk in and immediately knowing this is the one. That moment makes everything worth it."

When he's not networking or scoping out luxury rentals for his clients, you can find Michael exploring the city, spending time with his toy poodle Emma, or traveling the world.
